Great repair while I waited

The work seemed to be done as expected. It's the customer service that is the issue. I called 3 times to get ahold of service, no one ever answers the phone. Each time I called I was just transferred when I said no one is answering. I finally called the cashier and he was helpful. He went to service to get my bill so I could pay it over the phone. Service knew this was my 1st oil change for the new vehicle which is covered. They told the cashier my bill was X amout of dollars. They said to the cashier since I was in for warranty work before its not covered. The cashier went to larry and he made it right, butbthe fact that was said to me or anyone for that matter is absurd. I try to find positivity everywhere but to be honest inhale struggled to find much at this dealership.

It was a pleasure to deal with Larry Spacc GMC. Up front and easy to talk with. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Was greeted with a smile and never pressured to purchase a new car. I had a preconceived price I would pay and they unknowingly matched my price. Car was delivered to my home the next day and given a full explanation on how the car functions.
